friendly staff soundproof rooms convenient location
the rooms were soundproof, i couldn't hear noise from other rooms (or the hallway). the location is great as buckingham palace, piccadilly circus, museums, theatre, and shopping are within walking distance.
i noticed the premises did not entirely align with the price (and the digital presentation).

the room had everything i needed for my stay including a tucked away kitchenette. the staff was very helpful and caring and were happy to accommodate some small extras. the location was ideal being close to many restaurants and attractions.
the hotel premises did not quite align with the overall price.

warm greeting clean room
the staff greeted us warmly upon arrival. they assisted with our bags. the room was clean (i especially liked that). the kitchenette was a definite plus for preparing snacks.
i thought the premises were not quite in line with the price level. the digital presentation created slightly different expectations.
